(Subortholen® , SBO)

SureForm™ , also known as Subortholen® , is a high strength polyethylene that can be cold formed as well as thermo molded. SureForm is light-weight, yet rigid and strong with minimal creep. It is primarily used for orthotics and lower extremity orthotic cuffs.

Colors: Caucasian, Black & White

Thicknesses: 1MM, 3MM, 3.5MM, 4MM, 4.5MM, 5MM, & 5MM

Recommended oven temperature: 325° to 350°
